- PR YPT033100000020, NSN: 8455-01-505-3445, Insignia, Organizational, Embroidered Type I, Style 2, Class 3, U.S. Air Force U.S. Central Air Forces; USCENTAF Command Patch, Desert Subdued Quantity 120,000 ea Destinations: Phoenix, AZ and New Cumberland, PA. Six (6) deliveries beginning 150 days after date of award. In accordance with MIL-DTL-14652B DTD 18 DEC 2001. In accordance with drawing A-12S-18 DTD Oct 15, 2003 and Cartoon A-12S-18 DTD June 17, 2003 . Five (5) First Article Test Samples required 60 days after date of award. One (1) 100% Option Required. Solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set Aside. BUY AMERICAN ACT APPLICES. Solicitation will include end item specification. Solicitation will be available on the Procurement gateway on or around January 30, 2004. Contractor supplies all materials. Contractor must be CCR Registered and have a government cage code. Drawings and Specifications can be obtained from our C & T home page located at: http://ct.dscp.dla.mil/contracting. Drawings and Specifications can be obtained from our Contracting page located at: . Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway (Gateway) at http://progate.daps.mil/home after (January 30, 2004). From the Gateway home page, select ?Search RFQs? from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFQ you wish to view. In addition, you can enter DSCP C&T FSCs and NSNs to receive notification of RFQs. The Gateway will send all registered users an e-mail notification of RFQ solicitations based on your FSC and NSN profile. The FSC and NSN notifications will also contain a link that can connect users directly to a digital copy of the solicitation on the Internet.
