- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a SOLE-SOURCE purchase order under the Simplified Acquisition process to Centra Software Inc. 430 Bedford Street, Lexington MA 02420 for Centra Software Licenses and Maintenance at the Internal Revenue Service, Austin Service Center, 3651 S IH-35, Austin TX. 78741. This purchase order will be issued with one (1) base year and one (1) option year. This software license allows IRS users to hold classes and meetings using their computer. In addition, the software maintenance provides support that includes updates to the software, web-based support, and phone support. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 511210. Centra Software Inc. is the sole proprietor of this license, therefore, this requirement is a SOLE-SOURCE and NO solicitation is available. Letters and phone calls will not be accepted and will be considered non-responsive to the announcement. See note 22.
