- Description
- The U S Naval Academy has a procurement for the following services: 2004 nrla consortium of libraries electronic access for elsevier 2004 subscriptions. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiat with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requrement or submit proposals.This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The sole source vendor is Elsevier Science Inc, 360 Park Ave South, New York, NY 10010. This solicitation shall close on Friday, 23 January 2004 at 12:00 noon Maryland local time.
