- The 21st Contracting Squadron, Peterson Air Force Base (AFB), Colorado, 80914-1200, issues this presolicitation notice to advise all potential vendors of the requirement for Test Specialist position to be filled at the Base Education Office, Peterson AFB, CO. This requirement shall be a 100% small business set-aside using the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 611710, $6M, and conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) parts 12 and 13. The proposed contract award shall be a firm fixed-price; basic period of performance of eight (8) months with three (3) option year periods. All interested parties wishing to submit a proposal may contact Mr. Steve Davis at steve.davis@peterson.af.mil, for a copy of the solicitation and statement of work. No telephone calls shall be accepted. The solicitation and statement of work shall be ready for requests five (5) work days after issuance of this synopsis and shall be posted on the FedBizOps website. The solicitation shall contain all proposal submission dates and evaluation criteria. The solicitation is uploaded to this synopsis 1/13/03. The solicitation number on the document in changed from "FA2517-04-T-0010" to "FA2517-04-T-0012". This change required due to administrative error in contract writing system.
