Description
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared per the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included this notice. Bidders can obtain a copy of the Solicitation Requirements/Statement of Work by e-mail or FAX requested to POC below. Proposals are being requested from interested parties for the procurement of the following general equipment and services: Office Computer System Network for Royal Bahamas Police Force (RBPF) with 30 each Computer Stations and 1 Data Base Server installed in Nassau at Site #1, 5 each Computer Stations installed in Nassau at Site #2 and 6 each Computer Stations installed at the Freeport Site. RBPF T1 lines will provide the connectivity between Nassau Sites and the Freeport Site. All the above equipment will require interconnecting LAN system at each of the 3 sites indicated. Contractor must provide installation of equipment and provide associated LAN system hardware and software per the Statement of Work. One year warranty maintenance and initial system proof of performamce shall be provided by winning bidder. This solicitation is for a turnkey procurement, installation and testing requirement as specified in the Statement of Work for this project. Selected contract must be acceptable to the RBPF due to security considerations. This System will require the use of proprietary Advanced Digital Audio Collection Systems software from SyTech Corporation and must be quoted in proposal. The following Provisions and Clauses are incorporated into this RFQ by reference and are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-27. No addenda apply to these Provisions and Clauses. FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors ? Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications ? Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items, FAR 52-212-5, Contract Terms and conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items; FAR 52.246-15, (APR 1984), Certificate of Conformance. No additional FAR clauses apply. The contractor will be required to ship directly to American Embassy in Nassau, Bahamas by commerical air freight. Packaging, packing, and preservation shall be in accordance with best commercial practices to enable shipment from CONUS to final destination without repacking or incurring damage during shipment and handling. All pricing shall be quoted FOB destination Nassau, Bahamas. Transport of equipment between Nassau and the Freeport will be the bidders responsibility. This RFQ closes at 1200 PM ET, January 23, 2003. All bidders must be listed in the Central Contractor Registration at http://www.ccr.gov/ for possible contract award consideration.
