PRLI: 0001, QTY: EST. 375 BASE YEAR, U/I: EA, REQUIRED DELIVERY: 188 DARO, DEST: ANY CONUS FACILITY. OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN (10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1) (FAR 6.302-1). ONLY ONE SOURCE (Note 22), INTENDED SOURCE Systems Electronics Inc. Sole Source (FAR 6.302). Commercial Notice (when the Government does not intend to use Part 12, Commercial Acquisition Procedures) (FAR 5.206(e)(4)). Unrestricted.
