Description: Overhaul, Air Pressure Controller; NSN: 1660-00-062-0301; P/N: 102538-2-1; Solicitation Number: FA8103-04-R-0032; Approximate solicitation issue date: 21 Nov 2003 This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside requirement for Overhaul. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish repair, test, packing, preservation and packaging. A firm fixed price requirements type contract is contemplated. The contract period will be a Basic year with four options. The items and quantities are as follows: Item 0001: Overhaul NSN 1660-00-062-0301, P/N 102538-2-1; Noun: Air Pressure Controller Applicable to C-130 aircraft; Basic Period Quantity, 200 each; Option I Quantity, 50 each; Option II Quantity, 50 each; Option III Quantity, 50 each; Option IV Quantity, 50 each. Item 0002: Over and Above Work; Item 0003: Data IAW DD1423s. Deliveries are to be in accordance with instructions received from the Production Management Specialist prior to shipment(s): on or before 9 each per month after receipt of order and reparables. Technical Orders exist for this requirement. Please submit your request and completed DD2345-Military Critical Technical Data Agreement to Karen.stevens@tinker.af.mil NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
