- Description
- The Department of Defense Dependent Schools (DoDDS) Pacific Division is issuing a request for quotation (RFQ) from qualified/capable sources to perform facilities support services in Kanto Plains Area Mainland, Japan. This requirement encompasses the District Superintendents Office (DSO) and 7 area DoDD schools outlined in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) document number HE1260-04 Q-KantoPWS. The contractor shall provide all non-personal services, supervision, management, personnel, labor, materials, transportation, general and specialized equipment (except as specified as Government-furnished) in performing maintenance, repair, and equipment services for the facilities. All interested offerors capable of performing this function should submit the following information on or before 12 Jan 04. (1) A description of the company including its history, and the services it currently provides. (2)A Quality Control Plan, (3) Technical proposal. (4) A list of past or present customers who have received or are receiving the same or similar services. For each customer, this list shall include the place of performance, a point of contact and telephone number, and a brief description of the services. The attached solicitation document number HE1260-04-Q-0015 for a single contract award intended for eight (8) months. Contract performance is scheduled for 01 February 2004 through 30 Sept 2004. This solicitation is a commercial type service and is prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR PART 12 and 13), as supplemented. All interested sources possessing the necessary resources and proven capability to perform a requirement of this magnitude are encouraged to submit a quotation. Quotations are due 12 Jan 2004, 1200 hours local, Japan. Contract award is tentatively schedule for 22 Jan 2003. Capable offerors shall have a DUNS number.
