- The purpose of this modification to the combined synopsis/solicitation is to provide questions and answers about the subject procurement. The following questions and answers are hereby provided. Question 1: You are asking for a high voltage premium grade PaxScan 4030 panel. All panels are high voltage. I assume you are asking for a High Energy PaxScan 4030 panel which is capable of taking the 420kV of the x-ray source. Answer 1: The Government is asking for a High Energy PaxScan 4030 panel. Question 2: I don't see anywhere that states I need to fill out any questions concerning type of business and so on. If there anything like that that we need to fill out? Answer 2: The combined synopsis/solicitation stated that all offerors are to provide a complete copy of FAR clause 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items (June 2003) with their proposal. The appropriate NAICS code and size standard were included in the text of the combined synopsis/solicitation. The text of FAR clause 52.212-3 can be found at http://www.arnet.gov/far/. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
