- The National Park Service at Steamtown National Historic Site in Scranton, PA will be requesting quotes for a review of railroad operations and report compilation to ensure compliance with Federal Railroad Administration regulations, OSHA regulations and other applicable regulations. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. The NAICS code is 541690. The small business size standard is $6 million.
