Description

This solicitation announcement is for a condition assessment/appraisal of the Buckstaff Bathhouse located 509 Central Avenue, Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas 71901. The request for quote will be available for downloading on or about 01/26/2004 at http://ideasec.nbc.gov. Prior to downloading all vendors must be registered at the webside http://www.ccr.gov which reqquires a Dun and Bradstreet number (available at 1-800-333-0505 or http://www.dnb.com). Once registered, copies of the solicitation can be downloaded. No paper copies of the solicitation will be distributed. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be issued electronically. The range is bewteen $25,000 and $100,000. The timeframe for completion after award is 90 days from notice to proceed date. The response date to the solicitation will be 2-24-04.
