Description

S--Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide janitorial services for areas at the Raystown Lake Facility during the period, 01 February 2004 through 31 December 2004 (base year) and four option years, 01 January 2005 through 31 December 2008. The request for quotations (RFQ) can be downloaded from the website: https://ebs.nab.usace.army.mil . No oral or written requests for this requirement will be honored. Special attention must be focused on the scheduled pre-bid conference and tour of facilities included in this requirement which has been scheduled for January 15, 2004 at 9:00 a.m. and will be held at the Seven Points Visitors' Center. It is strongly urged that all prospective bidders plan to attend the conference/tour. Al l bidders must have Central Contractor Registration (CCR). This can be obtained by accessing the website: ccr.gov . See Numbered Note 22 except change forty-five (45) days to fourteen (14) days.
