- Description
- Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to furnish and install concrete grave liners at Hampton National Cemetery. Contract covers base period January 23, 2004 (or date of contract award, whichever is later), through September 30, 2004, with up to four (4), one 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2008. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code 327390 and a size standard of 500 employees are applicable. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote. This solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.3. Request for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to Mrs. Janice E. Corlew, Contract Specialist, and accompanied by a check or money order in the amount of =?646?Q?Five_Dollars_($5.00)_(non-refundab?= =?646?Q?le),_payable_to_=93U.S._Department_of?= =?646?Q?Veterans_Affairs.=94__Please_referenc?= =?646?Q?e_Solicitation_Number_RFQ_786-98-04?= on remittances.
