- Amendment 0004 to solicitation SP0600-03-R-0160 is hereby incorporated to include the following: Line item 3000a has been updated on Attachment III to include delivery periods of 48 and 60 months. The Technical closing date is January 22, 2004 at 2:00pm local Fort Belvoir time. The Price closing date is January 28, 2004 at 2:00pm local Fort Belvoir time. Delivery period will start Meter read May 2004. The Bandwidth Clause is added to the solicitation in Part I, Clause 9. The Type of Contract Clause in Part I is renumbered as Clause 10. The solicitation document has been revised and updated to reflect all Amendment 0004 changes.
