Description

The purpose of this amendment is to clarify that in accordance with 52.212-2, Commercial Items, offerors are also required to submit a technical proposal as stated in Amendment 00002 of this solicitation. The technical proposal will be evaluated in accordance with the solicitation and Amendment 0002 as part of the technical evaluation factor, and this will be considered in determining the best value for award. The Technical Proposal shall be in accordance with Section C.2.1.1 of the Statement of Work in Amendment 00002 of this solicitation. Submission of subject technical proposal, if not already submitted, may be made electronically to Ms. Jackie Craft, at jackie.craft@dla.mil, no later than January 20, 2004.
