- Description
- The Government intends to procure by modification to an existing contract, the production of 1 Prototype Unit for the IR Suppressor/Ship Set (B Kit) comprised of two pieces (left & right hand with attachment arms) in support of the MH-47 Aircraft. Delivery will be to: Bluegrass Army Depot, Lexington, KY. Anticipated delivery will be 20 weeks after receipt of Modification. The intended source is Allison Advanced Development Company (AADC), P.O. Box 7162, Indianapolis, Indiana 46207-7162. Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c )(1) . FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
