- Description
- GovWorks, on behalf of The U.S. Army, is seeking suppliers of near-real-time processors and supporting algorithms for the analysis of high-resolution imagery collected from an airborne platform. The subject processors and supporting algorithms will (1) be integrated with existing sensors operating in various spectral bands; (2) operated in either manned or unmanned air platforms; (3) be capable of performing change detection between images at widely separated times, different viewing geometries, and lighting/climatic conditions; (4) perform required corrections to the sensor data such as orthorectification, contrast compensation, georeferencing with highly automated, near-real-time processing; and (5) be capable of being operated on commercially available low-to-moderate cost processors. Potential suppliers are requested to forward a technical description of candidate processor systems and include statement on any proprietary/patented software and hardware elements, statement on maturity of system, related government supported activities, and availability of systems for government test and evaluation.
