- The plant and equipment to be furnished under this contract includes the Lease of a 12-14 inch hydraulic pipeline dredge with operating personnel and attendant Plant, Tugboat with operating personnel, Booster pump, D-4 dozer or equivalent with operat or, crawler mounted dragline with operator, barge, steel drainage pipe, sluices and plastic sheeting. The Government will furnish all disposal areas under this Contract. Completion time is 210 calendar days. The NAICS Code for this project is 237990 (SIC 1622) with a size standard of $17.0 million. Hard Copies will not be provided. No written or faxed requests will be accepted. Contractors are responsible for printing paper copies of the solicitations. All amendments to this solicitation will be posted to the Internet at the above address. Hard copies of the ame ndments will not be furnished. It is the contractor??????s responsibility to monitor the web page for any amendments to this solicitation. Estimated cost range of the project is $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. All contractors must be registered in the DODs Ce ntral Contractor Registration database as required by DFARS 204.7300 and comply with VETS 100 annual reporting as required by FAR 22.1310 (b) prior to award. Instructions will be included in the Solicitation. Liquidation damages will be specified. Davis Bacon rates will be applicable to the construction and bonding is required. Please note, Documents Bonds, Power of Attorney, Statements of Authenticity and Continuing Validity, and all related documents must not bear computer printer generated signatures and/or seals. Documents bearing signatures and/or seals generated as part of a document, as opposed to being affixed to the document after its generation, will not be accepted.
