- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is W91CRB-04-T-0047. This requirement is for various Mack truck parts, various quantities for the country of Kenya. This is a Foreign Military Sales Requirement, (FMS) Case KE-B-BAO, Purchase Request BKE09N 3343-Y001. Delivery terms are FOB Origin. E-mail the Contract Specialist identified below for the list of truck parts. This requirement will be awarded as a Requirements Type. The followi ng FAR and DFAR provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items. The Provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items. Offers will be evaluated based on price and delivery schedu le. A completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representation and Certifications- Commercial Items, must be provided with offerors. The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions??????Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The cl ause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders??????Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Additional FAR clauses cited in this clause are applicable: (1) 52.222-21, Prohibition of Segregated Fac ilities; (2) 52.222-26, Equal Opportunity; (3) 52.222-35, Affirmative Action For Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era, (4) 52.222-36, Affirmative Action For Workers with Disabilities; (5) 52.222-37, Employment Reports on Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era; (6) 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration (May 1999). The clause DFAR 252.212-7001, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items applies to this acquisition.
