Description

The Army requires a firm fixed price construction contract to Replace Athletic Floor, Jordan Gym, Building 608, Fort Stewart, Georgia. The work covered by this contract consist of furnishing all plant, labor, materials and performing all operations required to Replace the Athletic Floor, Jordan Gym, Building 608, Fort Stewart, Georgia and includes the following: (1) Remove approximately 4083 SF of existing rubber flooring in Building 608, Jordan Gym and install approximately 4083 SF of new rubber ro ll flooring (using adhesive). Rubber flooring shall be Evertuff or equal. All metal base will be removed and reinstalled by the contractor. Contractor shall follow all manufacturer??????s recommendation procedures for rubber roll using adhesive; (2) Ver ification of the product type, size, thickness, color variations and visual defects should be made; (3) Preparation of subfloors; (4) Concrete floors must be made even with latexfloor fill; and (5) Installation: After the subfloor has been properly prepar ed, begin to install the flooring. The SIC Code is 1542, NAICS code is 238330 and the Size Standard is $12,000,000.00. The performance period is unknown at this time. Project is UNRESTRICTED.
