Description

The Army requires firm fixed price contract for the replacement of a 70 ton standard air-cooled Reciprocating Liquid Chiller, Balance HVAC System and to repair all controls for proper operation associated with System. The contractor shall provide al l management, tools, supplies, materials and equipment for the project. All work shall be done in accordance with 2002 Edition of the National Electric Code, all National and Plumbing Codes. The testing and balance of HVAC equipment and duct system must b e done by National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) Certified Firm or Associated Air Balance Council (AABC) Certified Firm. The SIC code is 1711. NAICS code is 238220 and the standard is $12,000,000.00, the project is solicited as UNRESTRICTED. The magnitude of the project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Anticipated issue for this solicitation is January 28, 2004. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Please do not send requests for copies to this office.
