- Non-personal services contract for cardiology services at Ireland Army Community Hospital, Fort Knox, Kentucky, during the period 1 April - 30 September 2004, with three (3) one-year option periods. This acquisition is unrestricted and all responsib le sources may submit an offer which will be considered. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 621111; the small business size standard is $8,500,000.
