- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency, Capital District Contracting Center, Fort Belvoir, Virginia intends on issuing a Solicitation to perform Buffet Dinner for the Army Management Staff College, Fort Belvoir, Virginia. Contract period of performance wil l be for a Base Year March 1, 2004 through February 28, 2005 with two (2) option years. The solicitation will be available on or about January 21, 2004. This proposed contract will be a 100% Small Business Set aside. The NAIC Code for this procurement i s 722310 and the size standard is $17.5 million.
