Description

Provide clinical & anatomical pathology with consultative services to (4) PHS Indian Hospitals & (9) PHS Indian Health Centers in Oklahoma and Kansas. Contractor to also provide laboratory services for testing which cannot be accomplished at the facilities and provide for clinical laboratory consultations and directorship services as needed. Award will be for a base year with 4 option years. Request for solicitation may be requested through facsimile at 405/951-3771. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
