Description
The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Custom Enforcement has a requirement for software and software maintenance support. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation number is DSD-4M-QJ02. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 17. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business. The NAICS code is 518210; size standard $21M. The contractor shall provide a quotation on the following: Software Components- Client Software: eCopy 5 User License Pack (includes supports) qty 1; eCopy Desktop (includes support) qty 245; E-Work End User License qty 250; E-Work Designer qty 2; Server Software: E-Work Enterprise Server (4 CPU?s) qty 1; Annual Software Subscription Service (SSS): E-Work End User License qty 250; E-Work Designer qty 2; E-Work Enterprise Server (4 CPU?s) qty 1; AutoDelete for iManage qty 1. Delivery shall be made within 30 days of receipt of order. The delivery point is 801 I Street, NW, Room 640, Washington, D.C. 20536. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items (OCT 2003), and the clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions--Commercial Items (OCT 2003), applies to this acquisition. Offerors shall submit a fully executed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items (JUN 2003) with their offer. Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. 794d), as amended by P.L. 105-220 under Title IV (Rehabilitation Act Amendments of 1998) and the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board Electronic and Information Technology (EIT) Accessibility Standards (36 CFR part 1194) require that all EIT acquired must ensure that: 1. Federal employees with disabilities have access to use of information and data this is comparable to the access and use by Federal employees who are not individuals with disabilities and 2. Members of the public with disabilities seeking information or services from an agency have access to and use of information and data that is comparable to the access to and use of information and data by members of the public who are not individuals with disabilities. This requirement includes the development, procurement, maintenance, and/or use of EIT products/services; therefore, any proposal submitted in response to this solicitation must demonstrate compliance with the established EIT Accessibility Standards.
