- PRON: AX4L0012AX and AX4L0013AX, NSN: 6220-01-011-9981, PN: 45-0128-3, Quantity: 42 each applicable to the AV Ground SKO. F.O.B. is Origin. Required delivery is 42 each, 240 Days After Contract Award (DACA). This item is restricted to Grimes Aeros pace Company, Cage Code 72914 because the Government rights to the data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, ec onomical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produ ce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Proce dures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the s olicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
