- Description
- Contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, equipment, tools, transportation and other items and services necessary to perform pick up and disposal of fats & bones at the following Commissary locations; Hunter AAF, GA, Fort Campbell, KY and Robins AFB, GA. Evaluation of the offers shall be on an "all or none" basis. The Request for Quotation will be released on or about January 21, 2004. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis. This RFP/RFQ will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential Offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of the RFQ in lieu of requesting a paper copy. Request for paper copies must be in writing and emailed to loria.samples@deca.mil or faxed to (804)734-8598. All written requests must include the RFQ number, requestor's name, address, phone, fax number and email. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of any contract or purchase order. Further information about registration may be found on the Internet at www.ccr.gov. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered for award. See Numbered Note(s) 26.
