- Description
- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement for perimeter security enhancements at its Andrew W. Breidenbach Environmental Research Center, 26 W. Martin Luther King Drive, Cincinnati, Ohio. Work will include selective demolition work; installation of new perimeter landscape barriers consisting of cast-in-place concrete walls and bollards; installation of new curbs and walks; and grading, seeding, and landscaping. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. The anticipated contract performance period is eight months after receipt of the notice to proceed. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $1,500,000. The solicitation will be released through the internet on EPA's home page at www.epa.gov/oam/cinn_cmd/. Prospective offerors can download the Invitation for Bids and related documents from this website on or about January 21, 2004. This is an unrestricted acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the Agency.
