- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract on a sole source basis to EM Coating Services, New Britain, CT for services to have Everlube E-110 powder epoxy coating to the surfaces of exercise fuel tank components. The sole source to EM Coating Services is because Everlube E-110 powder epoxy coating is proprietary to EM Coating Services. NUWCDIVNPT intends to use FAR Parts 12 and 13.
