- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) Div Newport intends to purchase the following services: Conversion of (1) HLF-1A transducer to (1) HLF-1E configuration. Required delivery is (9) months ARO. FOB destination, NUWCDIVNPT. An award on a sole source basis to Hydroacoustics Inc., Rochester, NY, is expected. They are the only known source for these services as they hold proprietary rights to the transducers and their interfaces. No substitutions. All other timely offers will be considered. A Firm Fixed Price type contract is anticipated. See Notes 22 and 26. The solicitation is expected to be available on our website by Jan 20, 2004.
