Description

This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source purchase order to Ordinate Corporation, 1040 Noel Dirve, Menlo Park, California to use their existing PhonePass Language training system to create a fully functional and operational production-level spoken Spanish test system for the purpose of validating the use of similar language training products within the US Army Special Operations Command. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. All responses must be received within 15 calendar days of the date of this CBD notice. No telephone requests will be accepted. Requests for a solicitation will be considered non-responsive. All responses from responsible sources submitting the required information will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this synopsis of intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that the action may be competed with resulting award under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
