Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number RFQ-04-022 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-17. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 322231 and the size standard is 500 Employees. Line Item 1) Folder, Kraft, Letter Size, 12-1/4?W X 9-1/2?H Overall, 11-3/4W Body, 9-1/2H Front, Straight Cut Tab, Single-pli tab, Tab 1/2? wide, Scored for 3/4? expansion, Top corners rounded, front and back, 17 point or 217# kraft stock, Front panel undercut1/4? deep, DP Size scored for 1? expansion, 10% recycled content, 10% post-consumer material, Modified with Prong Fasteners in the 1st and 3rd position ? Inside top left and inside top right, 50 folders per box, 5 boxes per case. The Government is requesting a quantity of 2600 boxes @ 50 each totaling 130,000 each. The Government is requesting staggered deliveries as follows: 850 boxes initial delivery, 850 boxes 60 days after initial delivery, and 900 boxes 150 days after initial delivery. The vendor shall submit a sample of proposed folder when submitted their proposal. Delivery to The Bureau of the Public Debt, 149 19th Street, Parkersburg, WV 26101, FOB Destination. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. 52.122-2, Award will be based on technically compliant, low price. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items with their offer.
