- This is a notice of intent of the Center For Health Care Contracting (CHCC) Center at Fort Sam Houston, TX to award a purchase order to Mr. Terrance R. Bryne, to provide Instruction for Resident Phase I, Army Medical Department Officer Advanced Cours e for International Military Students for the U.S. Army. The performance period will be 1 January 2004 through 30 September 2004. This is a sole source procurement, the CHCC intends to solicit and negotiate only with Mr. Bryne under the authority of 10 U SC 2304 (c)(1). Award will be made on or about 31 December 2003.
