- Description
- Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity Contract. Work includes all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform road extension, parking lot and road rehabilitation/construction, and operator/equipment rental at Lake Shelbyville, Illinois. Contract duration will be for one base year not to exceed $500,000, with two (2) optional one year periods not to exceed $500,000 each. This procurement is issued unrestricted under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program (Public Law 100-656 ). In the event the apparent low bid is from a large business, it will be necessary for that firm to submit a subcontracting plan, which will be subject to approval prior to award. The sub-contracting goals for the St. Louis District for each contract are that a minimum of 61.4 % of the Contractor's intended subcontract amount be placed with small businesses, of which the following percentages should be placed as follows: Small Disadvantaged Businesses, 9.1%, Woman-Owned Small Businesses, 5.0 %, HUBZone S mall businesses, 3% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, 3%. (These goals are informational only and not legally binding.) The SIC code for this solicitation is 1611; the NAICS code is 237310. Solicitations will be available on approximately 1 March 2004.
