- The purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the Air Force's intent to award a sole source purchase order for the measurement of dielectric properties of Liquid Tributyl Phosphate (TBP) for Missile Defense Agency-sponsored warhead lethality tests. The Government plans on awarding a sole source purchase order to MM-Wave Properties Laboratory, Electric & Computer Engineering, Tufts University, Medford, MA 02155. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. The Government will not pay for either the effort or associated costs to respond, or for the information provided. This synopsis does not constitute a request for Proposal (RFP).
