- Amendment 9 is hereby issued to incorporate the following changes to solicitation 797-PV-03-002: In accordance with the terms and conditions of FAR 19.501(h), and in accordance with terms and conditions of the solicitation, the Small Business Set-Aside for Proposal Line Item Number 8,(Heartland Region VISN's 15 & 16) is hereby withdrawn. Proposal Line Item Number 8, will be evaluated under the Full and Open Competition terms and conditions of the solicitation. Please disregard the response date. No response is required.
