- Description
- The Contractor is to provide all labor, supplies and material to perform pest control services in accordance with the guidelines established by Federal, State and local ordnances. These services shall be performed by certified, trained and licensed pest control contractors in any or all categories required by the State of Indiana. The contract period is from the date of award through September 30, 2004 with four (4) one year renewal options. The NAICS code is 561710. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13. Contractors are responsible for obtaining a copy of all documents (solicitation and amendments) via the website: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/cgi-bin/webobjects/bospublic.woa. If unable to access the website, a written request may be faxed to my attention at 317-554-0200. The solicitation should be available on or about January 2, 2004.
