- The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to a Harold Van Patten for consutlting and technical assistance services to be provided in support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention Office in Chennai, India. This requirement shall be for a period of 90 days amd performance must begin the third week in January, 2004. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 541618.
