PR#: LTC03349016891, NSN 6620-00-199-8732, Tape Indicator. In accordance with Smiths Industries 35351 P/N 140793-06, and Gentape Corp 16498 P/n 260-P-13. RFP#: SP0440-04-R-1857. Contracting Officer: Jan Matthews, 804-279-5893. Issue Date: 23 Jan 2004, Closing Date: 24 Feb 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, 71 DARO. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option Years. The RFP estimated annual demand for the base year is 324 each. The estimated annual demand for each option year is 152 each. A Technical Data Package is not available for this NSN and requestors should not submit TDP requests to DSCR-VABA. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
