- Description
- The Virginia Contracting Activity, on behalf of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), intends to award a Sole Source, Firm-Fixed Price purchase order to the Gallup Organization for assessment and training services from January to December 2004. The service will conduct leadership interviews, consult with project managers, help develop communications plans, and help integrate process improvement into a joint task force environment. There is the possibility of option years. Responses should reference HHM402-04-Q-0055. Interested parties have 3 business days from the publication date of this synopsis to submit their qualifications-capabilities. Such qualifications-capabilities will be used solely to determine whether to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis. Responses should be emailed to Christopher.Williamson@dia.mil.
