- NAICS Code: 513322 The contractor will be required to set-up and monitor a cellular and digital mobile telephone (mobile phone) disposal recepticle in a variety of Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) lobbies in the Washington, DC area. The purpose of the mobile phone recepticle area will be for the contractor to remove mobile phones that were donated by the general public and EPA employees. The contractor will be required to either recycle or re-use the mobile phones. The contractor will be responsible for providing reports on the number of phones obtained and the final destination of the phones removed from the receiving area.
