Description
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport intends to solicit proposals for the Acoustic Augmentation Support Program (AASP). Technical support required in the areas of systems performance analysis, acoustic and environmental modeling, data collection and analysis, systems operations analysis, technical and evaluation (T&E) services, systems engineering support, and systems design support for a variety of Undersea Warfare systems and programs under the cognizance of the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Newport. An ID/IQ type contract with CPFF provisions is anticipated. Period of performance will be five (5) years. Total estimated Level of Effort is 54,300 man-hours. Minimum number of personnel required: Acoustical Engineer IV (1), Acoustical Engineer III (1), Systems Engineer IV (1), Acoustical Engineer II (2), Computer Engineer III (1), Computer Engineer II (1), Elec/Elec Engineer I (1), Elec/Elec Engineer II (1), Elec/Elec Engineer III (1), Mechanical Engineer I (1), Mechanical Engineer II (1), Mechanical Engineer III (1), Scientist II (1), Elec/Elec Technician III (1), Elec/Elec Technician II (1), Illustrator II (1), Technical Writer (1), Word Processor III (1), Administrative Manager II (1). Clearance to the Top Secret level is required. Award will be made on the basis of ?Best Value?. Evaluation criteria in descending order of importance are Technical Capability and Cost. Technical Capability sub-factors are Personnel & Past Performance and are approximately equal in importance.
