Description

The US Army Robert Morris Acquisition Center/Natick intends to conduct negotiations on a sole source basis and award a contract to Paraflite, Inc., 5800 Magnolia Ave, Pennsauken, NJ 08109-1399 on a noncompetitive basis for the purchase of 130 each o f XT-11 Personnel Parachute Harnesses, XT-11R Reserve parachutes, XT-11 Main Canopy Deployment Bags, and 15-foot ATPS Static Lines with curved pin for use during Developmental and Operational Testing, with an Option for an additional quantity of 13 each fo r all of the above items. This will require delivery of set amounts of these to a separate contractor for final consolidation and shipment to Government locations. CAGE CODE 57172. Authority is FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other suppl ies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Due to the proprietary nature of the design and manufacturing processes, these components are only available from Paraflite Inc. All deliveries will be F.O.B. Destination. Deliveries of shipments will be due 90 days after award. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 314999; the size standard is 500 employees.
