YOU MAY FAX OR MAIL YOUR REQUEST ATTN: AMSAM-AC-LS-C,PRON:AX4C0197AX, NSN: 6220-01-225-3975,PN: 145E2305-1,QUANTITY:143 each, applicable to the CH-47 Airframe, with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000 and Stockton, CA 95296-0130.This item is restricted to Luminescent Systems Inc., Cage Code 14550, because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to mainta in the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Production Lead-time is 143 each, 150 Days After Contra ct Award (DACA). Firms that can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website ww.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ a nd looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are remin ded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition.
