- The Alpena Combat Readiness Training Center, Alpena Mi is soliciting interested bidders for the removal of various quantities of household and construction refuse located at this facility in government owned dumpsters and roll-off bins. All work to b e performed within the scope of the Alpena CRTC statement of work WO# 20040313. The standard industrial classification for this requirement is:4212 and the NAICS code is: 562119. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for very small businesses. The duratio n of this purchase order is anticipated to begin on or about 16 January 2004 through and including 15 January 2005. The service contract act applies to this requirement.
