- The Fort Myer Military Community, the Army Family Team Building (AFTB) is an educational training program designed to teach, orient and connect family members to Army systems, programs and the Army way of life and enables individuals and families to function at their highest level in any situation with minimal outside support. The Deployment and Mobilization Program assists units with the preparation and return from deployment by assisting soldiers and family members in many ways. The Family Readine ss Group briefing and training, Operation R.E.A.D.Y. (Resources for Educating about Deployment and You), Rear Detachment Commander Training and Re-deployment training are all part of Deployment and Mobilization. This award will be a Firm Fixed Price contr act. The FSC Code is R799 and the NAICS Code is 921110.
