- The Air Armament Center (AAC), Eglin AFB, FL intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price contract for a Honeycomb Pyramidal Absorber. This acquisition is unrestricted. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The announcement number is F33TSP33280200. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 327113, with a small business standard size of 500 employees. This is a small business set-aside. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. The requirement is for CLIN 001 Honeycomb Pyramidal Absorber, for broadband (300MHz to 110 GHz) and Ultra High Power (50kW M2) applications (30cm x 30cm x 30cm) 12? (w) x 12? x 12? (deep) ? weight: 6.6 lbs. (3kg). P/N: TDK LCT 030 or equal, Quantity 200 Pieces; CLIN 002 Shipping. These items are to be delivered to Eglin AFB, Florida not later than 28 February 2004.
