- THIS MODIFICATION IS TO INFORM VENDORS THAT THE SOLICITATION WILL BE AVAILABLE ON OR ABOUT JANUARY 12, 2004. Contractor is to harvest designated trees, perform non-commercial thinning, treat resultant slash, perform associated errosion control and other close out work as discribed. There will be a show me trip on or about January 27, 2004 located at the Peaks Ranger District. Proceed approximtely 7 miles West of Flagstaff on Interstate 40 and go North at A-1 Mountain exit, then left onto Forest Road (FR) 518. Follow FR 518 approximately 5 miles to sale area. Or, proceed approximately 12 miles West of Flagstaff on Interstate 40 and go North at Bellemont exit, then go onto FR 649 approximately 3 miles to sale area.
