- Description
- The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue an order on Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00019-04-G-0007 to the Bell-Boeing Joint Program Office on an other than full and open competitive basis. The order is for engineering and technical support in the incorporation and implementation of Non-Recurring efforts associated with the Block B Rework for V-22 Aircraft. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. Bell-Boeing is the sole designer, developer and manufacturer of the V-22 aircraft and the only known source with the required technical expertise and data to meet the Government?s needs.
