- The Central Texas Veterans Health Care System (CTVHCS) Contracting Office (90C) anticipates a sole source award of a Firm-Fixed-Price contract to ACS Defense for the purchase of Caddy Mold for production of carriers to hold handheld assays for field use by the Navy. Items are being purchase for Naval Medical Research Center, Silver Spring, MD. Contract shall be awarded following the guidelines outlined in FAR Part 12 for acquisition of commercial supplies. The applicable NAISC code is 339111. The anticipated award date is o/a 1/7/2004.
